To access the Image Properties Window:

At the top of the screen, "Click" on the Menu: "Page" with the cursor. After having clicked on "Page", select "Properties" in the list.  A window will appear and you will be able to change the requested information.
 

Description:  Description is not required.  When you enter information, it will be displayed at the bottom of the image.  Suggestion:  enter the names of the people on the photograph or name the event.

Date : Entering the date helps to locate the picture in time.  When you enter a date, it will be displayed at the bottom of the image. To define the date, check the box.  A date box will appear.  Next to this will be a button with a down arrow. Click on the button and a monthly calendar will appear for you to enter the date.  You can also enter the year, the month and the day with your keyboard.

Place: Enter the place where the photograph was taken. When you enter the place, it will be displayed in the drop down section at the bottom of the image when you click on the image with your cursor.

By: When you enter the photographer's name, it will be displayed in the drop down section at the bottom of the image.

Dimensions: Give you the width and height diplayed.

Presentation: Add a nice touch to your images by adding a frame from the multitude of available choice.  You will be able to personalize the colors of the drop menu.

Comment: Add any information in that field.

Information:  The information displayed in this section lists the different technical aspects of your image, such as, its volume on your computers hard drive; its diplayed and physical size; the date it was entered; its format, etc.

Advanced : Displays the meta information hidden in the image files.  The type of supported information are the structures EXIF and IPTC.
