View - Two different views are possible to
present the images :
The "Shortened" version, displays the
photographs in a small square. Little information is shown on
screen.
The "Detailed" version, displays the
photographs in a larger cell. The information shown is more
detailed.
* Please note: if you leave the cursor over the
image, all the information shall be displayed in an information bubble.
Sort: Allows you to define the order in
which the images are to be displayed. The possible sequences, for
example: the sorting by pages, by album, by date, by description, etc.
Mode: The Search mode allows you to
choose between simplified or detailed search :
The "Simplified" mode, allows you to
enter the key words and date intervals to find photographs among the
different fields in the properties windows of the albums, pages and
images.
The "Detailed" mode, allows you to define key words directed to the targeted
field.
This mode offers an advanced search.
The Search Engine window is at the same time a managing
screen. You can edit the Properties window, delete images,
print
them and send them through
e-mail.
Following
your criteria in a
search, the images found are displayed as you diplayed them. You can use the
buttons on the left of each title as well as the bottons that are activated when the
mouse cursor passes over a label.
By clicking
on an image label, the album page that holds the photograph
will automatically appear on screen.
