To Access an album's "Properties" Window:

Use the "Album" menu with your mouse cursor at the top of the screen. Click on "Album", select "Properties" in the list.  A window will appear and you will be able to change the information.

Title: A defined title is required for this window in your album.

Category:  It is practical for  future reference to define a category for your album such as "holidays", "trips", "work", "Christmas", "school", etc.  You will then be able to list the albums within the chosen category in the album list window.  This notion is practical especially if you have a lot of albums.  This button in this box allows all the categories in your album to be listed.

Read Only:  If you check this box, when you open the album you will only be able to view it.  None of the functionalities enabling you to modify the album will be accessible when consulting.  To disactivate the "Read Only" mode, use "Album/Properties" menu and remove the checkmark from the box.

Ask Password:  If you wish to protect accessing certain albums, check the box and click on the button "Define..." to choose a password. If you select a protected album through the album list a password will be requested.  Note: If you export a protected album in a file, the password will follow the importation and it will be requested when opening the album.

Comment:  Give a brief description of the album contents in this field.

Information: The information shown in this section lists the different technical aspects of your album such as, number of images and pages; the used space on your computer drive; the date of the last modifications, etc...
